Accuracy Required
Adarsh offers gauges with Accuracy ±0.25% F.S., ±0.5% F.S., ±1% F.S., ±1.5%, ±2-3%F.S.

Operating Pressure Range
The full scale reading of the pressure gauge should be twice the operating range.

Chemical compatibility of operating media with Working Parts of Gauge
1. Case & Ring: Adarsh offers case in material Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Phenolic Case.
Select the case material as per the chemical compatability of the ambient conditions.

2. Wetted Parts: Available in Brass or SS316. Select as per corrosion properties of the operating media.

3. Diaphragm Seals: Use of Diaphragm Seals is a must for viscous and other corrosive media.
Please refer the Diaphragm Seals page form more information.

Operating Temperature Range of Media
Use of appropriate working parts is a must for temperature criteria:

1. Brass Working Parts (soldered): Suitable upto 65 deg C max temp.

2. Brass Working Parts (silver brazed): Suitable upto 120 deg C max temp.

3. SS316 Parts (Argon Welded): Suitable for higher temp. ranges

4. Use of Syphon: A syphon is recommended for steam and other high temperature vapours to protect the internal parts of a gauge

5. Diaphragm Seals : A diaphragm seal can be used to isolate the gauge from high temperature media.

Vibration, Pulsation and Shock
Glycerin Filling: Liquid filling is an excellent solution for vibrating and pulsation applications.

Use of Pulsation Dampner: Dampner reduces the pulsation and surges of application media.

Mounting Options: For applications involving mechanical vibration gauges the should be mounted on a seperate panel. Use of flexible hoses is also a good option.
